Rather expected game in Lowicz where 17th ranked Turow (1-13) was rolled over by fifteenth ranked Ksiezak (4-10) 97-76 on Wednesday. Ksiezak made 19-of-21 free shots (90.5 percent) during the game. They also forced 19 Turow turnovers. It was a great evening for Michal Jankowski (191-87, agency: Interperformances) who led his team to a victory scoring 31 points and 5 rebounds. Piotr Robak (194-91) helped adding 22 points and 12 rebounds. Ksiezak's coach Piotr Trepka felt very confident that he used 10 players and allowed the starting five to rest. The best for the losing side was power forward Michal Marek (208-96) with 13 points and 6 rebounds and center Filip Pruefer (208-96) scored 12 points and 7 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Ksiezak maintains fifteenth place with 4-10 record. Turow lost their third game in a row. Newly promoted team stay at the bottom position with 13 games lost. Ksiezak will meet higher ranked Pelplin (#14) in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Turow will play against Kociewskie Diably and hope to win that game.
