The game had a very big importance for second-ranked Zadar as it allowed them to take a leadership position. Zadar smashed 12th ranked Dubrava at home 99-70. Zadar dominated down low during the game scoring 50 of its points in the paint compared to Dubrava's 30. They shot the lights out from three sinking 12 long-distance shots on high 52.2 percentage. Zadar (12-2) have an impressive series of nine victories in a row. As mentioned above they are alone now at the top position. Dubrava lost fifth consecutive game. They stay at the bottom place with 12 games lost. They share the position with Alkar. Dubrava will play next round against Osijek trying to get back on the winning streak. Zadar will try to continue on its current victory against second ranked Split on the road.
