Bottom-ranked Tel Aviv managed to get a second victory, breaking the series of five consecutive losses. This time newly promoted Tel Aviv won against fourth-ranked Ramat G. 77-71. They outrebounded Ramat G. 45-33 including 17 on the offensive glass. The game was also dominated by American players. It was a good game for guard Dijonai Carrington (180-98, college: Baylor) who led her team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 24 points, 14 rebounds and 4 assists. Guard Kiara Leslie (183-95, college: NC State) contributed with 19 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Forward Alisia Jenkins (186-94, college: S.Florida) answered with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 14 rebounds and center Kai James (196-95, college: FSU, agency: LBM Management) added 19 points and 10 rebounds in the effort for Ramat G.Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Tel Aviv (2-6) moved-up to ninth place. Defending champion Ramat G. dropped to the fifth position with five games lost. They share it with Ramla. Tel Aviv will play against league's leader M.Haifa at home in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Ramat G. will play against Holon (#7) in Holon and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
