No shocking result in a game in Ramat Hasharon where fourth ranked Ramat Hash. (9-3) defeated 7th ranked H.Afula (6-6) 88-71 on Sunday. Ramat Hash. dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to H.Afula's 28. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists comparing to just 5 passes made by H.Afula's players. American Tyler Wideman (203-95, college: Butler) fired a double-double by scoring 21 points, 13 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. His fellow American import guard Kevin Capers (188-93, college: FSC) chipped in 23 points and 6 assists. Four Ramat Hash. players scored in double figures. Ramat Hash.'s coach Guy Kantor used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Tomer Porat (201-99) produced 12 points and 9 rebounds and American Vander Blue (196-92, college: Marquette, agency: Shark Sports Management) added 16 points respectively for lost side. Ramat Hash. moved-up to second place, which they share with E.Kiryat Ata and I.Ramat Gan. H.Afula at the other side keeps the seventh position with six games lost. Ramat Hash. is looking forward to face I.Ramat Gan (#4) on the road in the next round. H.Afula will play against M.Ashdod and is hoping to prove to their supporters that the loss was just an accident.
