The game between second ranked Valencia (12-2) and 16th ranked Clarinos (3-11) in Valencia on Tuesday ended with biggest points difference. Valencia outscored guests from San Cristobal 88-56. Valencia outrebounded Clarinos 42-28 including 29 on the defensive glass. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists comparing to just 8 passes made by Clarinos' players. The former international swingman Queralt Casas (177-92) notched 12 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists to lead the effort and German center Marie Guelich (194-94, college: Oregon St.) supported her with 12 points and 9 rebounds. Valencia will meet Araski (#9) in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Clarinos will play against IDK Eustotren (#6) and hope to secure a win.
