Regular Season Round 22: Norrkoping - Boras 86-65

The game had a very big importance for second-ranked Norrkoping Dolphins as it allowed them to take a leadership position. Norrkoping Dolphins smashed 4th ranked Boras Basket at home 86-65. Norrkoping Dolphins held Boras Basket to an opponent 22.5 percent shooting from the field compared to 48.4 percent accuracy of the winners. Worth to mention a great performance of Canadian Jackson Rowe (201-97, college: CS Fullerton) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 21 points and 10 rebounds. International point guard Felix Terins (188-98) contributed with 18 points and 4 assists for the winners. Five Norrkoping Dolphins players scored in double figures. Norrkoping Dolphins' coach Mikko Riipinen felt very confident that he used 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. American point guard Siyani Chambers (183-93, college: Harvard) replied with 17 points and 5 assists (made all of his eleven free throws !!!) and the former international point guard Andreas Person (190-91) added 13 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for Boras Basket. Norrkoping Dolphins (16-3) have an impressive seven-game winning streak. As mentioned above they are alone now at the top position. Boras Basket lost third consecutive game. They keep the fourth place with seven games lost. They share the position with Sodertalje. Boras Basket will play next round against strong BC Lulea trying to get back on the winning streak. Norrkoping Dolphins will try to continue on its current victory against second ranked KFUM Jamtland in Ostersund.
