Rather predictable result when eighth ranked Przemysl (10-6) rolled over at home 12th ranked Gliwice 2 (3-13) 100-37 on Sunday. Przemysl dominated down low during the game scoring 70 of its points in the paint compared to Gliwice 2's 24. Przemysl forced 36 Gliwice 2 turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 29 assists comparing to just 11 passes made by Gliwice 2's players. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Przemysl made 8 blocks. The winners were led by guard Rafal Serwanski (188-0) who scored that evening 22 points, 5 assists and 7 steals and forward Kacper Walciszewski (197-0) supported him with 15 points and 6 rebounds. Four Przemysl players scored in double figures. Even 12 points and 7 rebounds by forward Mikolaj Mazanek (195-2) did not help to save the game for Gliwice 2. Power forward Milosz Ziolkowski (199-3) added 7 points and 5 rebounds for lost side. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Newly promoted Przemysl maintains eighth position with 10-6 record. Gliwice 2 lost fifth consecutive game. They dropped to the thirteenth place with 13 games lost. They share the position with AZS AGH II. Przemysl will meet higher ranked UR Krakow (#7) on the road in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Gliwice 2 will play against Tarnow (#16) and hope to secure a win.
