Regular Season Round 12: Stjarnan - Njardvik 97-77

The most important game in the last round took place in Stjarnan between third ranked Njardvik (8-4) and eighth ranked Stjarnan (6-5) on Monday night. Njardvik was crushed by Stjarnan on the road 97-77. The game was mostly controlled by Stjarnan. Njardvik managed to win third quarter 27-20. Five Stjarnan and four Njardvik players scored in double figures. Stjarnan have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to seventh place. Njardvik at the other side dropped to the second position with four games lost. They share it with Thor Thorl. Stjarnan are looking forward to face IR (#10) in Reykjavik in the next round. Njardvik will play at home against Thor AK (#12) and is hoping to win this game.
