No shocking result in a game when fifth ranked Spisski Rytieri (9-8) crushed on the road 7th ranked Iskra Svit (6-11) 99-80 on Wednesday. They outrebounded Iskra Svit 33-22 including 24 on the defensive glass. Defending champion moved-up to third place, which they share with Lucenec. Loser Iskra Svit keeps the seventh position with 11 games lost. Spisski Rytieri will meet at home bottom-ranked Prievidza (#8) in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. Iskra Svit will play against the league's leader Levice and hope to secure a win.
