Regular Season Round 18: Zgorzelec - Slask 2 84-70

Bottom-ranked Turow managed to get a second victory, breaking the four-game losing streak. This time newly promoted Turow won against eleventh-ranked Slask in Zgorzelec 84-70. Turow players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists. Point guard Adrian Kordalski (185-95) notched 21 points, 6 rebounds and 9 assists to lead the effort and guard Kacper Traczyk (185-98) supported him with 11 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. Five Turow players scored in double figures. Even a double-double of 21 points and 12 rebounds by power forward Szymon Tomczak (201-98) did not help to save the game for Slask. Point guard Sebastian Bozenko (183-98) added 21 points. Slask's coach rotated ten players and allowed the starting five to rest. Turow (2-14) moved-up to sixteenth place, which they share with Pruszkow. Slask at the other side keeps the eleventh position with nine games lost. They share it with Koszalin. Turow will play against league's leader Sokol in Lancut in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. Slask will play on the road against Pelplin (#13) in Pelpin and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
