Very expected game when 6th ranked Bergamo (8-7) was smashed on the road by second ranked Cremona (13-2) 89-47 on Wednesday. Cremona forced 22 Bergamo turnovers and outrebounded them 39-26 including 29 on the defensive glass. It was an exceptional evening for point guard Carlo Fumagalli (193-96, agency: Players Group) who led the winners and scored 15 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists.
