Very predictable result when top-ranked Jairis (13-0) rolled over at home 7th ranked Carolinas (3-10) 90-65 on Saturday. They outrebounded Carolinas 41-21 including a 31-15 advantage in defensive rebounds. The winners were led by forward Antonio Ferragut (196-94) who scored that evening 18 points (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field) and DR Congolese center Gullit Mukendi (203-96, agency: Promo Sport ID) supported him with 14 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field). Jairis' coach Pedro Hermogenes felt very confident that he used entire bench and allowed the starting five to rest. Even 14 points and 8 rebounds by Nicolas Martinez (-1) did not help to save the game for Carolinas. Santiago Gaya (-0) added 14 points for lost side. Four Carolinas players scored in double figures.
