Everything went according to plan when second ranked Viladecans (11-3) outplayed on the road 14th ranked Marratxi (1-12) 52-33 on Saturday. Viladecans forced 33 Marratxi turnovers. Power forward Silvia Marcelo (188-93) notched 16 points, 6 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals to lead the effort and point guard Elena Silva (173-93) supported her with 8 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. Viladecans' coach used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Even 8 points and 8 rebounds by Erika Michavila did not help to save the game for Marratxi. Guard Margalida Braque (175-97) added 6 points and 7 rebounds for the hosts. Viladecans keeps a position of Group B leader, which they share with Segle XXI. Marratxi lost seventh consecutive game. Newly promoted team dropped to the thirteenth place with 12 games lost. They share the position with Distrito Olimpico.
