Very predictable result when second ranked La Spezia (9-3) beat at home 10th ranked Civitanova (4-8) 66-49. La Spezia dominated down low during the game scoring 54 of its points in the paint compared to Civitanova's 32. La Spezia forced 24 Civitanova turnovers. It was a very good performance for power forward Silvia Colognesi (182-2) who helped to win the game recording 14 points and 6 rebounds (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field). Guard Martina Guzzoni (178-6) contributed with 11 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. Guard Giorgia Bocola (182-0) answered with 14 points and 7 rebounds and guard Anna Paoletti (170-1) added 8 points in the effort for Civitanova.
