We cannot really consider it an upset in the game between close teams when their biggest opponent CBSFDO (10-5) lost on the road to third ranked Huelva Com. (10-3) 73-56 on Sunday. Huelva Com. forced 19 CBSFDO turnovers. The winners were led by naturalized Argentinian center Guido Villamil (205-88) who scored that evening 12 points and 8 rebounds and swingman Andres Tejada (195-98) supported him with 12 points and 6 rebounds. Four Huelva Com. players scored in double figures. Even 8 points and 12 rebounds by center Diego Gallardo (198-89) did not help to save the game for CBSFDO. Forward Jesus Remesal (194-95) added 10 points and 8 rebounds for lost side. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Huelva Com. moved-up to second place in Group D-B, which they share with Corazon. Loser CBSFDO dropped to the fourth position with five games lost. Huelva Com. will meet Cimbis (#9) on the road in the next round and are hoping to win another game. CBSFDO will play against Corazon (#3) in Caceres and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
