Rather expected game when 10th ranked R.Calabria (6-9) was smashed by eighth ranked Taranto (8-7) in Reggio Calabria 86-63 on Sunday. It was an exceptional evening for swingman Alberto Conti (195-98) who led the winners and scored 21 points and 5 rebounds. Power forward Riziero Ponziani (204-94) accounted for 17 points and 8 rebounds for the winning side.
