Very expected game when 13th ranked Univ.Valladolid (6-11) was defeated on the road by seventh ranked Marin (8-8) 72-65 on Saturday. The best player for the winners was Daniel Fernandez who scored 18 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists. American forward Dramel Hogan (194, college: Rochester, MI) chipped in 20 points and 7 rebounds. Forward Alberto Garcia (196-99) produced a double-double by scoring 18 points and 11 rebounds and Javier Burgoa (186-99) added 20 points respectively for the guests. Newly promoted Marin maintains seventh place in Group A-B with 8-8 record. Univ.Valladolid lost fourth consecutive game. They dropped to the fourteenth position with 11 games lost.
