No shocking result in a game when fourth ranked Eskilstuna (8-1) crushed 6th ranked Hammarby (5-9) in Stockholm 101-81 on Sunday. Eskilstuna forced 22 Hammarby turnovers. Spanish guard Julian Lopez (187-94) notched a double-double by scoring 16 points, 7 rebounds and 13 assists to lead the effort and guard Simon Finden (191-0) supported him with 22 points and 4 steals. Eskilstuna's coach used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Even a double-double of 16 points and 12 rebounds (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field) by center Noah Kelly (199-97) did not help to save the game for Hammarby. Forward Joel Porscke (191-91) added 23 points for the hosts. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. Eskilstuna have an impressive six-game winning streak. They moved-up to third place, which they share with Huddinge. Loser Hammarby keeps the sixth position with nine games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
