Regular Season Round 30: Jamtland - Boras 66-67

The most exciting game of round 30 in the Basketligan took place in Ostersund. This derby game ended with only one-point home defeat of second-best KFUM Jamtland (18-6) to fifth ranked Boras Basket (13-11) 67-66 on Thursday evening. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of KFUM Jamtland. The best player for the winners was American point guard Siyani Chambers (183-93, college: Harvard) who scored 15 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. The other American import guard Skyler Flatten (198-95, college: S.Dakota St.) chipped in 17 points. At the other side the best for losing team was American point guard CJ Wilson (180-94, college: Young Harris) who recorded 13 points, 7 rebounds and 8 assists and the former international forward Pierre Hampton (201-91) added 17 points respectively. KFUM Jamtland's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Boras Basket maintains fifth position with 13-11 record. KFUM Jamtland at the other side keeps the second place with six games lost. Boras Basket are looking forward to face league's leader Norrkoping Dolphins at home in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. KFUM Jamtland will have a break next round.
