Everything went according to plan when fourth ranked Castelldefels (10-4) defeated on the road 6th ranked Roser (7-9) 68-62 on Saturday. The winners were led by Marc Manes (196-86) who scored that evening 6 points and 11 rebounds and forward Eric Manes (194-87) supported him with 12 points and 6 rebounds. Even a double-double of 14 points and 12 rebounds by center Antonio Carrasco (200-92) did not help to save the game for Roser. Swingman Pau Isern (-1) added 18 points for the hosts. Both coaches tested many bench players saving starting five for next games. Castelldefels maintains fourth position in Group C-1 with 10-4 record. Roser lost fourth consecutive game. They dropped to the seventh place with nine games lost. They share the position with Martinenc. Castelldefels will meet at home SESE (#6) in the next round. Roser will play against the league's second-placed Salou and hope to secure a win.
