There was a minor upset when their close opponent Hogland (7-8) lost to fifth ranked Haga BG (7-7) in Norrkoping 71-81 on Wednesday. Haga BG outrebounded Hogland 47-30 including 22 on the offensive glass. Rasmus Westerlund notched a double-double by scoring 21 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists to lead the effort and forward Hugo Lilja (198-2003) supported him with 14 points and 11 rebounds. Four Haga BG players scored in double figures. Even a double-double of 27 points and 13 rebounds by power forward Anton Politis (204-2003) did not help to save the game for Hogland.
