Very predictable result when sixth ranked Dos Hermanas (9-8) smashed at home 12th ranked Xerez (1-17) 109-58 on Wednesday. They outrebounded Xerez 31-20 including 20 on the defensive glass. Dos Hermanas shot the lights out from three sinking 17 long-distance shots on high 54.8 percentage. The best player for the winners was Ignacio Llano (195-1995) who scored 34 points (!!!) and 6 rebounds (on 14-of-17 shooting from the field). Forward Fernando Cotan (197-1991) chipped in 23 points and 5 rebounds. Five Dos Hermanas players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was naturalized Gibraltar power forward Alejandro Garcia (198-2001) who recorded 18 points and 5 rebounds and Jaime Ruiz added 19 points respectively. Xerez's coach Gabo Loaiza gave up on the game allowing to play eleven players seeing no chance for a win. Dos Hermanas have a solid series of four victories in a row. They maintain sixth place with 9-8 record. Xerez lost seventeenth consecutive game. They keep the twelfth position with 17 games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
