Regular Season Round 23: H.Ramat Gan - Ramat Hash. 74-79

Very expected game when 12th ranked H.Ramat Gan (5-13) lost to third ranked Ramat Hash. (15-5) in Givataim 74-79 on Friday. Ramat Hash. looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. It was an exceptional evening for American guard Kevin Capers (188-1993, college: FSC) who led the winners and scored 24 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists. Center Amit Bier-Katz (208-1988) accounted for 12 points and 7 rebounds for the winning side. Ramat Hash.'s coach Guy Kantor allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. American forward Demetrius Treadwell (201-1991, college: Akron) came up with a double-double by scoring 14 points, 15 rebounds and 4 assists and the other American import power forward Tavrion Dawson (202-1996, college: CSUN, agency: Slash Sports) added 22 points and 6 steals respectively for H.Ramat Gan in the defeat. The victory was the fourth consecutive win for Ramat Hash.. They maintain third place with 15-5 record having just three points less than leader I.Nahariya. H.Ramat Gan lost their sixth game in a row. They keep the twelfth position with 13 games lost. Ramat Hash. will meet at home M.Raanana (#8) in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. H.Ramat Gan will play against H.Afula (#6) and hope to secure a win.
