The game between closely ranked teams ended with fifteenth ranked Monaco's (6-14) road victory over 16th ranked Gravelines (5-16) 78-71 on Saturday. Monaco looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. The best player for the winners was forward Armel Traore (203-2003, agency: BeoBasket) who had a double-double by scoring 16 points and 13 rebounds. Monaco guard Nicolas Vanel (193-2003) chipped in a double-double by scoring 14 points, 11 rebounds and 5 assists. Five Monaco players scored in double figures. Monaco's coach allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games.
