Very expected game when 6th ranked Montbrison (9-8) was defeated at home by first ranked Toulouse (14-3) 77-69 on Saturday. Toulouse forced 22 Montbrison turnovers. Isabelle Strunc (180-1991) stepped up and scored 24 points and 6 rebounds for the winners and Swedish guard Kalis Loyd (188-1989, college: Lamar) chipped in 20 points. Forward Clarisse Legrand (182-1996) responded with 13 points, 6 assists and 5 steals and American power forward Shenita Landry (190-1987, college: Temple) scored 11 points and 9 rebounds. Toulouse have an impressive series of nine victories in a row. They maintain first place with 14-3 record. Montbrison lost third consecutive game.
