Not a big story in a game when 15th ranked Cecina (6-14) was edged on the road by eighth ranked Piombino (10-11) 74-72 on Wednesday. However just two-point win is not that big difference and the fans of host team counted on more convincing victory. Point guard Francesco Paolin (190-1995) stepped up and scored 19 points and 9 rebounds for the winners and Saverio Mazzantini (195-1995, agency: Players Group) chipped in 19 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists.
