Regular Season Round 27: MKS DG 2 - Przemysl 85-76

Rather expected game when 8th ranked Przemysl (14-11) lost to fifth ranked MKS DG 2 (20-7) in Dabrowa Gornicza 76-85 on Wednesday. It was an exceptional evening for power forward Przemyslaw Paduch (201-2003) who led the winners and scored 23 points and 8 rebounds (on 9-of-11 shooting from the field). Point guard Maciej Kocma (186-1997) accounted for 19 points and 6 rebounds for the winning side. Forward Konrad Strzepek (198-1995) came up with 23 points and 9 rebounds and swingman Bartosz Bal (190-1989) added 18 points and 5 rebounds respectively for Przemysl in the defeat. Four Przemysl players scored in double figures. MKS DG 2 have a solid series of four victories in a row. They moved-up to fourth place. Newly promoted Przemysl keeps the eighth position with 11 games lost. MKS DG 2 will meet at home higher ranked Bielsko-Biala (#3) in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Przemysl will play against AZS PC (#12) in Czestochowa and hope to secure a win.
