There was a small surprise when eighth ranked Hogsbo (9-13) beat on the road 6th ranked Visby Ladies (12-10) 77-61. Hogsbo forced 22 Visby Ladies turnovers. Worth to mention a great performance of Canadian guard Nofuente Ceejay (177-1993, college: Humber) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 16 points, 13 rebounds and 9 assists. American forward Korinne Campbell (184-1988, college: WVU) contributed with 17 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. Four Hogsbo players scored in double figures. American Jessica Kelliher (183-1997, college: Lewis) replied with a double-double by scoring 19 points, 18 rebounds and 5 assists and her fellow American import guard Davion Wingate (168, college: FGCU) added 7 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists in the effort for Visby Ladies. Hogsbo maintains eighth position with 9-13 record. Visby Ladies lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the sixth place with ten games lost. Hogsbo will play against higher ranked Mark (#7) in Kinna in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Visby Ladies will play on the road against the league's leader Lulea Basket having rather not much hope for a victory.
