Very expected game when 14th ranked Marratxi (1-19) was crushed at home by tenth ranked Sant Adria (8-12) 75-43 on Saturday. Sant Adria forced 19 Marratxi turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 28 assists comparing to just 13 passes made by Marratxi's players. The best player for the winners was Emma Barcelo (-1996) who scored 14 points and 8 rebounds. Forward Judith Turrion (179-1996) chipped in 10 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists. Sant Adria's coach felt very confident using 10 players and allowed the starting five to rest. At the other side the best for losing team was Julia Batalla (-2001) who recorded 11 points and Serbian point guard Mirjana Beronja (170-1986) added 8 points and 4 assists respectively. Sant Adria moved-up to ninth place, which they share with Mataro. Marratxi lost their fourteenth game in a row. Newly promoted team keeps the fourteenth position with 19 games lost.
