Not a big story in a game when 11th ranked Araski (8-12) lost to sixth ranked IDK Eustotren (12-8) in Vitoria-Gasteiz 67-75 on Sunday. It was an exceptional evening for Croatian forward Andrijana Cvitkovic (190-1994, college: Dayton) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 13 rebounds. Swingman Maria Espana (180-1992) accounted for 15 points for the winning side. Four IDK Eustotren players scored in double figures. Mozambican power forward Leia Dongue (185-1991) came up with 21 points and 7 rebounds and American guard Tanaya Atkinson (183-1996, college: Temple) added 14 points and 5 rebounds respectively for Araski in the defeat. Araski's coach Madelen Urieta tested ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. IDK Eustotren maintains sixth place with 12-8 record. Loser Araski keeps the eleventh position with 12 games lost. IDK Eustotren will meet league's leader Avenida in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory.
