The game between Top Four teams took place in Nova Ves. 4th placed host Spisski Rytieri (14-13) lost to first ranked Levice (24-3) 70-65. The best player for the winners was the former international center Boris Bojanovsky (217-1993, college: FSU) who scored 14 points and 7 rebounds. American forward Deshawn Freeman (201-1994, college: Rutgers) chipped in 11 points and 7 rebounds.
