Regular Season Round 22: Levallois - Orleans 79-78

Fourteenth-ranked Entente Orleans 45 (8-14) was very close to win a game against first ranked Metropolitans (17-6) in Levallois on Friday. Metropolitans managed to secure only one-point victory 79-78. However their fans expected much easier game. Worth to mention a great performance of American point guard Will Cummings (188-1992, college: Temple) who helped to win the game recording 22 points and 4 assists. Israeli Tomer Ginat (202-1994, agency: Avi Zilberman) contributed with 17 points and 9 rebounds (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field) for the winners. American point guard Chris Warren (177-1988, college: Ole Miss) replied with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 10 assists and the former international forward Nobel Boungou-Colo (202-1988) added 18 points and 7 rebounds in the effort for Entente Orleans 45. Metropolitans maintains first position with 17-6 record. Entente Orleans 45 at the other side keeps the fourteenth place with 14 games lost. They share the position with Paris. Metropolitans are looking forward to face Limoges CSP Elite (#9) on the road in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Entente Orleans 45 will play against Le Portel (#17) and is hoping to prove to their fans that this time they can win.
