Not a big story in a game in Barcelona where 10th ranked UE Horta (4-15) was defeated by seventh ranked Martinenc (9-10) 73-62 on Saturday. The best player for the winners was guard Santiago Silva (191-1992) who scored 22 points. Center Marc Magdaleno (203-1997) chipped in 4 points and 10 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was Guillem Torrent (-2002) who recorded 10 points and 5 assists and Gerard Rubio (-1999) added 8 points and 7 rebounds respectively. Both coaches tested many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Martinenc moved-up to sixth place, which they share with Roser and CAM E.Soler 2. Newly promoted UE Horta dropped to the eleventh position with 15 games lost. They share it with Sant Cugat. Martinenc will meet at home higher ranked Valls (#5) in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. UE Horta will play against the league's leader Salou (#1) and hope to secure a win.
