Not a big story in a game in Bydgoszcz where 8th ranked Enea Astoria (12-12) was defeated by sixth ranked Twarde Pierniki (15-8) 81-70 on Sunday. Twarde Pierniki forced 19 Enea Astoria turnovers. American guard James Eads III (190-1997, college: Tuskegee, agency: 011 Sports) stepped up and scored 28 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners and American-Mexican center Daniel Amigo (208-1995, college: Denver) chipped in 10 points and 12 rebounds. Four Twarde Pierniki players scored in double figures. At the losing side swingman Mateusz Zebski (190-1992) responded with 13 points and 6 rebounds and Latvian center Klavs Cavars (208-1996) scored 12 points and 5 rebounds. Enea Astoria's coach let to play eleven players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Twarde Pierniki maintains sixth place with 15-8 record. Loser Enea Astoria keeps the eighth position with 12 games lost. They share it with King.
