The game between closely ranked teams ended with 10th ranked AIK 2's (4-14) home loss to ninth ranked Lulea S. (9-11) in Solna 76-89 on Sunday. Lulea S. forced 19 AIK 2 turnovers. The winners were led by forward Anton Kobylak-Berglund (199-1996) who scored that evening 21 points and center Matteus Skagius (191-2001) supported him with 13 points and 8 rebounds. Even 16 points and 8 rebounds by Philip Gjerulf (199-2003) did not help to save the game for AIK 2. Swingman Ted Duner (195-2004) added 20 points and 5 rebounds for the hosts. Five Lulea S. and four AIK 2 players scored in double figures. Lulea S. moved-up to eighth place. AIK 2 lost seventh consecutive game. Newly promoted team dropped to the ninth position with 14 games lost. They share it with KFUM Fry. 2. Lulea S. will meet at home higher ranked Alvik (#6) in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. AIK 2 will play against Akersberga in Stockholm and hope to secure a win.
