Rather predictable result in Rosh Pina where ninth ranked Galil Gilboa (9-11) defeated bottom-ranked Maccabi Rishon (4-16) 96-88 on Monday. The best player for the winners was American swingman Ronnie Harrell Jr (201-1996, college: Denver) who scored 21 points and 8 rebounds. The former international Michael Brisker (184-1998) chipped in 22 points and 4 assists. At the other side the best for losing team was American point guard Tu Holloway (183-1989, college: Xavier) who recorded 21 points and 8 assists (went 10 for 10 at the free throw line !!!) and the other American import swingman Anthony Brown (199-1992, college: Stanford, agency: Pensack Sports) added 20 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists respectively. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Galil Gilboa have a solid series of three victories in a row. They moved-up to eighth place, which they share with I.Nes-Ziona.
