There was a small surprise when fourteenth ranked Paris (11-15) beat at home 12th ranked Gravelines-Dunkerque (11-15) 91-87 on Saturday. The best player for the winners was American point guard Kyle Allman (190-1997, college: CS Fullerton) who scored 24 points, 5 rebounds, 7 assists and 4 steals. The other American import forward Dustin Sleva (203-1995, college: Shippensburg) chipped in a double-double by scoring 16 points and 11 rebounds (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field). American guard Jeremiah Hill (188-1995, college: Valdosta St.) produced 20 points and 6 assists and Polish center Dominik Olejniczak (213-1996, college: FSU) added 16 points and 8 rebounds (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field) respectively for the guests. Four Paris and five Gravelines-Dunkerque players scored in double figures. Paris have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to twelfth place, which they share with Gravelines. Paris will meet Chorale de Roanne (#14) on the road in the next round. Gravelines-Dunkerque will play against Chalons-Reims and hope to secure a win.
