Regular Season Round 26: Limoges CSP - Roanne 86-61
Date: April 2, 2022
Not a big story in a game when 13th ranked Chorale de Roanne (10-16) was rolled over on the road by eighth ranked Limoges CSP Elite (15-11) 86-61 on Saturday. Limoges CSP Elite forced 20 Chorale de Roanne turnovers. The best player for the winners was American forward Kruize Pinkins (201-1993, college: USF) who scored 16 points and 5 rebounds. The other American import guard Demonte Harper (193-1989, college: Morehead St.) chipped in 16 points. American swingman Ronald March (196-1993, college: Philander Smith) produced 18 points and 6 assists and Senegalese power forward Boubacar Toure (213-1995, college: EMU) added 12 points and 12 rebounds respectively for the guests. Five Limoges CSP Elite and four Chorale de Roanne players scored in double figures. Limoges CSP Elite moved-up to sixth place, which they share with Strasbourg. Chorale de Roanne lost fifth consecutive game. They dropped to the fourteenth position with 16 games lost. Limoges CSP Elite will meet higher ranked Pau-Lacq-Orthez (#4) on the road in the next round and it may be quite challenging game.
