There was a small surprise when fifteenth ranked Jesolo (7-18) edged on the road 13th ranked Olginate (8-18) 70-67 on Saturday. Jesolo made 22-of-29 free shots (75.9 percent) during the game. Naturalized Croatian Djordje Malbasa (195-1995, agency: SLN) notched 15 points and 9 rebounds to lead the effort and forward Tommaso Rossi (198-1999) supported him with 17 points and 7 rebounds. Even 17 points and 7 rebounds by point guard Giacomo Bloise (180-1990) did not help to save the game for Olginate. Power forward Giacomo Maspero (204-1992) added 16 points and 6 rebounds for the hosts. Four Olginate players scored in double figures. Newly promoted Jesolo maintains fifteenth position in B with 7-18 record. Loser Olginate keeps the thirteenth place with 18 games lost. They share the position with Crema.
