Premijer Liga top team - Zadar (23-5) had no problems winning another game. This time they beat sixth ranked Zabok (12-16) 105-87. Zadar made 18-of-20 charity shots (90.0 percent) during the game. Zadar outrebounded Zabok 29-17. They shot the lights out from three nailing 19 long-distance shots on high 55.9 percentage. Zadar players were unselfish on offense dishing 24 assists. International guard Dominik Mavra (195-1994) had a double-double by scoring 22 points and 10 assists to lead the charge for the winners and the former international Pavle Marcinkovic (197-1989, agency: BIG) chipped in 16 points and 5 rebounds during the contest. Five Zadar players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was forward Luksa Buljevic (200-2002, agency: PEPI SPORT) with 24 points and power forward Lovro Buljevic (211-1998, agency: PEPI SPORT) scored 20 points (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field). Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Zadar have an impressive ten-game winning streak. Defending champion maintains first position with 23-5 record. Zabok at the other side keeps the sixth place with 16 games lost. Zadar will play against league's second-placed Cibona in Zagreb in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Zabok will play on the road against Cedevita Jr. (#4) in Zagreb and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
