Regular Season Round 27: Jesi - RO Luiss 71-99

Rather predictable result when tenth ranked RO Luiss (13-14) rolled over on the road 13th ranked Jesi (10-17) 99-71 on Saturday. It was an exceptional evening for point guard Marco Pasqualin (178-1997) who led the winners and scored 25 points and 7 rebounds. Matija Jovovic (198-1999) accounted for 12 points and 6 rebounds for the winning side. Power forward Mirko Gloria (203-1995, agency: Players Group) came up with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 14 rebounds and guard Flavio Gay (185-1998) added 7 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists respectively for Jesi in the defeat. Five RO Luiss and four Jesi players scored in double figures. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. RO Luiss maintains tenth place in B with 13-14 record. Loser Jesi keeps the thirteenth position with 17 games lost. RO Luiss will meet at home Giulianova (#16) in the next round which should be theoretically another easy game. Jesi will play against Faenza and hope to secure a win.
