A very close game took place in Beer Sheva between Hapoel Eilat and Hapoel Beer Sheva. Hapoel Eilat got a very close victory on the road over Hapoel Beer Sheva. Hapoel Eilat managed to escape with a 3-point win 76-73 in the game for the tenth place. Hapoel Eilat made 16-of-21 free shots (76.2 percent) during the game. Even a double-double of 19 points, 13 rebounds and 5 blocks by American center Derek Pardon (203-1996, college: Northwestern) did not help to save the game for Hapoel Beer Sheva. His fellow American import guard Antonio Blakeney (193-1996, college: LSU) added 25 points for the hosts. Hapoel Eilat will meet at home Maccabi Rishon in the next round.
