Telsiai overcame LSU-Atletas to claim the third position in the league. The game without a history. Telsiai led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. It was a great shooting night for Telsiai especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 66.7 percentage. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 27 assists. LSU-Atletas was plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. American Donnell Cegers (197-1993, college: NMU) nailed 21 points and 5 rebounds (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field) for the winning side and center Mindaugas Norkus (201-1985) accounted for 19 points and 8 rebounds. The former international center Egidijus Dimsa (205-1985) came up with 15 points and 8 rebounds and point guard Karolis Babkauskas (185-1991, agency: BIG) added 15 points and 8 assists respectively for LSU-Atletas in the defeat. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. LSU-Atletas' coach Remigijus Bardauskas tested ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game.
