Regular Season Round 31: Limoges CSP - Chalons-Reims 73-72

Seventh-ranked Chalons-Reims (17-12) made lots of trouble for third ranked Limoges CSP (21-8). Limoges CSP managed to secure only one-point victory 73-72. However their fans expected much easier game. Chalons-Reims was plagued by 27 personal fouls down the stretch. Worth to mention a great performance of point guard Hugo Desseignet (175-2003) who helped to win the game recording 8 points, 11 rebounds and 9 assists. Lebanese Yousef Khayat (201-2003) contributed with 17 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. Maxime Semelet (199-2002) answered with 17 points and 7 rebounds and guard Kameronn Selebangue (190-2004) added 10 points and 4 assists in the effort for Chalons-Reims. Chalons-Reims' coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Limoges CSP maintains third place with 21-8 record having five points less than leader ASVEL. Chalons-Reims at the other side keeps the seventh position with 12 games lost. Limoges CSP will play against Monaco (#15) at home in the next round which should be an easy win for them. Chalons-Reims will play against Paris BA (#18) and hopes to get back on the winning track.
