Yalova Vip rallied past Mersin to secure the Finals berth. Yalova Vip outrebounded Mersin 42-26 including 32 on the defensive glass. 24 personal fouls committed by Mersin helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Worth to mention a great performance of American guard Cierra Dillard (176-1996, college: Buffalo) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 30 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists. Center Basak Altunbey (189-1996) contributed with 11 points and 9 rebounds for the winners. Yalova Vip's coach used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. American Peyton Whitted (190-1995, college: Penn St.) replied with 21 points and 8 rebounds and guard Cansu Cankurt (170-1990) added 9 points in the effort for Mersin.
