Timberwolves were ahead by 7 points at the halftime before a 21-9 third quarter run of Dukes. It was a great shooting night for Dukes especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 57.1 percentage. Timberwolves were plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. It was a great evening for Jamaican-Canadian guard Daniel Walden-Mullings (189-1991, college: NM State) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 16 rebounds. American forward James Murray-Boyles (201-1997, college: UNCP, agency: Players Group) helped adding 18 points and 8 rebounds. Four Dukes players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was forward Philipp DAngelo (198-1989) with 22 points and 7 rebounds and Slovenian center Ziga Fifolt (210-1993) produced a double-double by scoring 16 points, 10 rebounds and 5 blocks. Timberwolves' coach Hubert Schmidt rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help.
