American-Israeli Adrian Banks (191-1986, college: Arkansas St.) notched 21 points and 7 assists to lead the effort and Mali forward Sagaba Konate (203-1997, college: WVU) supported him with 19 points and 9 rebounds. Trieste's coach Franco Ciani used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. Even 19 points and 5 assists by American point guard Dewayne Russell (180-1994, college: GCU) did not help to save the game for Treviso. His fellow American import guard Erick Green (190-1991, college: Virginia Tech) added 18 points. Four Treviso players scored in double figures. Trieste moved-up to eighth place, which they share with Pesaro. Loser Treviso keeps the tenth position with 18 games lost. They share it with Varese and Brindisi.
