An exciting game between Top Four teams was played in Hod Hasharon. Second ranked Hapoel Jerusalem faced 3rd placed Bnei Hasharon. Guests from Jerusalem (19-8) defeated host Bnei Hasharon (17-10) 106-101. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Bnei Hasharon. Hapoel Jerusalem looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists. American KC Rivers (196-1987, college: Clemson, agency: Octagon Europe) stepped up and scored 18 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists for the winners and Nigerian Suleiman Braimoh (203-1989, college: Rice) chipped in 21 points. Hapoel Jerusalem's coach Yotam Halperin allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. American point guard DJ Cooper (183-1990, college: Ohio) responded with a double-double by scoring 18 points, 6 rebounds, 12 assists and 4 steals and the other American import power forward Chinanu Onuaku (207-1996, college: Louisville, agency: MSG) produced a double-double by scoring 21 points and 10 rebounds. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. Hapoel Jerusalem keeps a position of league leader. Bnei Hasharon at the other side keeps the third place with ten games lost.
