Gaziantep outrebounded Galatasaray 51-25 including a 25-10 advantage in offensive rebounds. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 30 assists comparing to just 17 passes made by Galatasaray's players. Guard Emir Sivas (176-2005) orchestrated the victory with a triple-double by scoring 16 points, 11 rebounds, 12 assists and 4 steals. Guard Koray Cekici (186-2002) contributed with a double-double by scoring 11 points, 11 rebounds and 8 assists for the winners. Five Gaziantep players scored in double figures. Guard Ege Yildizoglu (186-2004) replied with 9 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists and Acar Sen (193-2003) added 13 points in the effort for Galatasaray. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
