But Thor AK was not able to use a home court advantage and was edged by the opponent from Akranes 77-74 on Friday night. American power forward Jalen Dupree (205-1998, college: Tennessee St.) had a double-double by scoring 24 points and 18 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and Irish-British guard Lucien Christofis (188-1996) chipped in 19 points, 11 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 steals during the contest. American guard Tarojae Brake (191-1997, college: St.Peter's) responded with 20 points and 7 rebounds and Croatian power forward Toni Cutuk (208-1999) produced a double-double by scoring 12 points and 14 rebounds.
